How to Remove a User from Your Workspace in Savant

Scenario: You may need to remove a user from your workspace when they leave your organization or no longer need access. Savant currently supports user management with some restrictions. Here's how to proceed:

  1. Removing Users from Specific Workspaces:

    • You can remove users from any workspace except the General Workspace by accessing the user management options within that specific workspace. Simply navigate to the workspace settings, locate the user you wish to remove, and select the removal option.

  2. Removing Users from the General Workspace:

    • Currently, only Savant Support can remove users from the General Workspace. If you need to remove a user from this workspace, please contact Savant Support with the user's details, and the support team will assist you.

  3. Future Developments:

    • We understand that user management is critical to maintaining workspace integrity and security. Enhancements are on the roadmap to provide admins with the ability to manage users within the General Workspace directly. Stay tuned for updates as we work to improve this feature.
