Step 2: Configuration
⚙️1: Stage Name Standardization. Confirm (or edit) the terminology for the Closed Won and Closed Lost stages.
⚙️2: Task Outcome Standardization. Confirm (or edit) the terminology for the ⚙️Task Outcome field.
⚙️3: Select Periodicity and Start Date. Confirm (or edit) the Periodicity, Start Date, and Group By options. Currently the template is set to the following:
Periodicity = Month
Start Date = 01/01/2022
Group By = User Title, User Team, Lead Source
Step 3: Destination
Our suggestion: Configure the email destination to receive the data in your inbox. Or add a destination node to send your output to a Google Sheets file or a database.
🌠 Further Customizations
The output of this template provides raw data without any summarizations. To obtain metrics, we recommend adding a summarize or time series node.
Finally, with the SDR Activity template, you have the flexibility to customize your analysis to fit your specific needs. For example, you can confirm that the Task Attribute 1 field is connected in the adapter using the Task Attribute 1 field, then select it in Customization Step 3 as a group by.
