Our Live Onboarding sessions are led by our dedicated Customer Success team, who is here to help you through the ins and outs of Savant’s capabilities.
First Stage: Introduction and Exploration
In your initial Live Onboarding session, a dedicated customer success representative will provide an in-depth introduction to Savant. We will guide you through the platform’s functions, capabilities, and interface, making sure you have a strong foundational understanding of Savant.
Second Stage: Evaluation and Advancement
After giving analysts time to explore and develop in Savant, we’ll collaborate with you to evaluate the automated analytic processes you’ve built within Savant. Our team will also help you brainstorm and build new automations that can further streamline your workflow. This stage serves as an opportunity to assess your growing Savant expertise, knowledge, and skills.
