Savant makes it easy to take a hands-off approach to data analysis. With just a few clicks, you can configure your analysis to automatically generate reports and KPIs. So, Savant runs your workflows automatically on schedule, even on days when you'd rather be at the beach.
1️⃣ Navigate to your analysis
2️⃣ Open the Run Bot Menu
3️⃣ Click “Schedule Bot”
4️⃣ Click "Add Schedule"
⚙️ Configuration
Regular/Always On
To create a schedule that repeats at specific intervals, choose the Regular option:
Every… - Determine the frequency of the schedule: hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly.
Active - Enable or disable the schedule using this checkbox.
Start time - Specify the first date and time for the automated schedule to begin.
End time - Indicate the last date and time for the automated schedule to end.
Select Always On if you want your analysis to run continuously.
Active - Enable or disable your Always On bot using this checkbox.
