Introduction to Datasets in Savant

Datasets in Savant are tabular data that originate from authenticated systems. There are two main types of datasets: third-party cloud-based datasets and flat file uploaded datasets.

Third-party datasets are sourced from authenticated systems such as cloud technologies, online databases, and file management systems. These datasets require authenticated systems to connect to external sources.

Flat file datasets are uploaded from local machines and include common file formats like CSV and Excel.
