Audit Change Reports in Savant help you compare two historical runs of an analysis—whether Bot Runs or Test Runs—allowing you to identify differences in the configuration of tools within the workflow.
Steps to Generate an Audit Change Report
1️⃣ Go to Run History and choose the Bot Run or Test Run tab.
2️⃣ Find the first run, click the dropdown menu, and select Audit Changes.
3️⃣ Select the second run for comparison from the prompted dropdown menu.
4️⃣ Click Generate to download the Audit Change Report as an Excel file.
What’s in the Audit Change Report?
The report includes four columns to detail changes:
Tool Name: Name of the tool in the workflow.
Previous Name: The tool’s name in the earlier run, if renamed.
Tool Type: Type of tool (e.g., source, filter, destination).
Change Description: Details of the configuration changes between runs.
You’ll also find links to both runs and their timestamps for reference.
